We can work with you in a number of ways, depending on your needs and flexibility.

• Work on your premises is billed at $50/hour, starting from our arrival time. We bill in 30 minute increments.
   
• Home Networking projects are billed at $60/hour, starting from our arrival time due to the extra expertise involved.
   
• Off-premises work (e.g. we take your computer, work on it at our office and return it) is billed at $40 per hour plus a pickup and delivery charge of $25. Off premises work not involving hardware (e.g. developing a photo album or other software project or doing Internet research work on your behalf) does not incur pick-up/delivery charges.
   
• EBAY Trading Assistance can be handled one of two ways:
  
  Helping you set up your sale and training you in EBAY usage is billed at normal rates.
  If we trade the item on your behalf, we charge 10% of the proceeds with a $20 minimum. We cover the EBAY fees involved in the latter case (sales on our account).
   
• We can also work on a "flat rate" basis for longer term engagements. In this case, we will work with you to estimate the effort required and quote a flat rate for the work involved.
   
• Discounts:
  Member of Computers for Seniors (Cape Cod) are entitled to a 10% discount, with minimums of 2 hours for in-home services and 3 hours for offsite work. This does not apply to pick-up/delivery charges or EBAY trades done by us. You will need to show your CFS Membership Card.
  
  Senior Citizens (65 and over) are entitled to a 5% discount on the same terms outlined above.
  
  Discounts may not be combined.
   
• All services are payable by cash or check on delivery. Payment via Paypal can also be arranged.
   
• We consult only on Windows-based computing environments: we do not support  Macintosh or Linux based systems.
   
• Rates do not include software or hardware needed to complete the work. You may obtain these on your own or we will obtain them at the best available price and bill you.
