We can work with you in a number of ways, depending on your needs and flexibility.

• Work on your premises is billed at $50/hour, starting from our arrival time, with a one hour minimum. After that, we bill in 30 minute increments.
   
• Off-premises work (e.g. we take your computer, work on it at our office and return it) is billed at $40 per hour plus a combined pickup and delivery charge of $25. Off premises work not involving hardware (e.g. developing a photo album or other software project or doing Internet research work on your behalf) does not incur pick-up/delivery charges.
   
• We can also work on a "flat rate" basis for longer term engagements. In this case, we will work with you to estimate the effort required and quote a flat rate for the work involved.
   
• Discounts:
  Member of Computers for Seniors (Cape Cod) are entitled to a 10% discount on request, with minimums of 2 hours for in-home services and 3 hours for offsite work. This does not apply to pick-up/delivery charges. You will need to show your CFS Membership Card.
  
  Senior Citizens (65 and over) are entitled to a 5% discount upon request, on the same terms outlined above.
  
  Discounts may not be combined.
   
• All services are payable by cash or check on delivery. Payment via Paypal can also be arranged.
   
• We consult primarily on Windows-based computing environments: we do not support  Macintosh or Linux based systems but can include Mac PCs/Laptops in home networking projects.
   
• Rates do not include software or hardware needed to complete the work. You may obtain these on your own or we will obtain them at the best available price and bill you.
